Gardner and Rosenberg this month settled two more class actions against Massachusetts car dealers for failing to properly pay overtime and Sunday pay.  One case settled for $580,000, and the other for $850,000.  In the last 2 years, the firm has recovered well over $5 million for Massachusetts car salespeople.
