Josh Gardner is a seasoned trial lawyer who litigated multi-million dollar cases for 10 years at a large international law firm. He defended large banks, mortgage companies, and insurers in state and federal courts around the country. He now brings that significant experience to bear on behalf of all of Gardner & Rosenberg's clients. In addition to his depth of business litigation experience, Josh has a keen interest in unfair business practices involving banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, landlords, debt collectors and financial advisors. Josh has brought and defended numerous cases involving unfair business practices and leads the firm's class action practice. Josh is a magna cum laude graduate of Carleton College, a cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School, and a Fulbright Scholar.

Nick Rosenberg focuses his practice on all aspects of business disputes including directors and officers liability, contract disputes, corporate governance, securities, alleged fraud and real property matters. Nick has brought and defended numerous cases in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York on behalf of public and private corporations, hedge funds, universities, corporate officers and directors and other individuals. He regularly counsels clients through internal and government investigations and appears before government agencies in regulatory and investigative proceedings.
Nick also has a particular interest and extensive background in real property and environmental disputes and has represented property owners, purchasers and sellers, and condominium trusts and trustees in zoning and conveyancing disputes. He also represents companies in cases involving environmental contamination and enforcement actions involving allegations of environmental and public health violations.
